Had the shrimp wet burrito with red & green sauces 2 weeks ago. It was amazing and has bed. On my mind ever since. Can't wait to have it again next time I'm in the area. The shrimp were chopped so I had shrimp in every bite of the burrito which was great. Both sauces were delicious - can't pick a favorite so I'll get both again. Service was friendly & efficient. Highly recommend

I went here on a Sunday and it was pretty busy but we only waited about 20 minutes to get seated. The chilaquiles were good and spicy. The enchiladas with carne asada were pretty tasty too. As you can see from the pictures, they give a good amount of food with each dish. The tables in the middle of the dining area were a little too close to each other so it was hard to get up from your seat without bumping into the person sitting at the table behind you.

This is my go-to Mexican spot. The food is delicious and well seasoned. The service is good with attentive and knowledgeable staff. My favorites are the enchiladas suizas, fajitas mixtas, and fish ceviche. They also make a great cadallac margarita. This place is very popular so it can get crowded and loud during major holidays, celebrations (prom/graduation), and big sports events. Even with a wait I'd say it's worth it to check out. The food and service will not disappoint.

Great food and great service at this restaurant in the city of Norwalk with plenty of parking on the side and back of the restaurant.. Their chips and salsa were very tasty and the food was yummy with big portions. They have great Happy Hour deals too.. I look forward to returning to this place so I can try out different items on their menu in the near future.

Food and Service here never disappoints. They have their own private parking lot and they have a bar area where you can enjoy Sunday football or catch an evening Baseball game. The dining area is a descent size where they can accommodate seating a big party for your celebrations.

My family and I frequent this restaurant and I just realized I haven't wrote a review! I need to spotlight the staff here because each time we come, they are always so friendly and provide excellent customer service. The food is fresh, comes out quickly, and the place itself is nice and can accommodate large parties. I usually get the cheese enchilada plate, sometimes I'll get the chile relleno plate, but most recently I tried the camarones gobernador and man o' man was it GOOD! There's a queso fundido served on a cast iron that is topped with chorizo as an appetizer. Wrap it up in their handmade tortilla and wash it down with a cold cerveza. They have a great happy hour too! Sit on the bar side, it's super chill and lots of TV's where you can watch sports. The happy hour drinks are all night but the food is only until 7pm which is perfect because we shouldn't be eating too late, right? JK, eat whenever you want but their happy hour food menu ends at 7pm. Lol. They've got their own parking lot. Come hungry and leave happy. Cheers!

Very strong 4 I live nearby and would see this place get really busy on the weekends, but didn't try it for a long time since I generally prefer to get Mexican food from hole-in-the-wall type of places. However, for a fancy sit-down type of Mexican food this place is a solid choice. Location- near the Norwalk Square with a decent sized parking lot and free available street parking; nicely decorated inside and out (no outside seating); place is really clean; there are some TVs located on the walls and my wife from Mexico enjoyed the music being played Staff- adequately staffed and everyone was hardworking and polite Menu- lots of choices of different type of meat options and seafood; decent options for cocktails and just basic beer options Chips & salsa= 4 stars...chips good but salsa average Carnitas= 3.5 decent Rice & beans= 3.5...good beans but rice not so much Shrimp cocktel= 4.5, really good Hard shell beef tacos= 4.5, really solid...nice shell and flavorful beef Enchiladas= 4, beef much better than chicken Blue Moon beer- tasted great and nice tall glass Tamarind agua fresca= 4.5, good flavor without being overly sweet and best of all free refills *prices are kinda high like you would expect for fancy Mexican and the Happy Hour has small deals...for example $4 for a hard shell taco is not that great
